150g Dried Dates

50g Dried Apricots

100g Ground Almonds

2 tsp Coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp Gales Clear Honey

170g Sun-Pat Crunchy Peanut Butter

How to make

  • Finely chop the dates and apricots.

  • Add the almonds, Gales Honey and Sun-Pat Peanut Butter to the bowl.

  • To melt the coconut oil place it in a mug in the microwave for 10 seconds.

  • Pour the oil into the bowl and with your hands mix the ingredients.

  • Roll out walnut sized balls of the mixture and place in the fridge for at least an hour until firm.

Note: Keep in fridge or freezer, but let them come up to room temperature for 10 minutes or thaw from frozen before you eat them.
