SUN-PAT Protein Balls
You Will Need
150g Dried Dates
50g Dried Apricots
100g Ground Almonds
2 tsp Coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp Honey
170g SUN-PAT
How To Make
Finely chop the dates and apricots.
Add the almonds, Honey and SUN-PAT to the bowl.
To melt the coconut oil place it in a mug in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Pour the oil into the bowl and with your hands mix the ingredients.
Roll out golf ball sized balls of the mixture and place in the fridge for at least an hour until firm.
